Argentina share points with Japan

Jakarta - The Argentine national futsal team shared points with the Japanese national futsal team after the two drew 1-1 in the final match of the 2025 4 Nations World Series futsal tournament at the Jakarta International Velodrome, East Jakarta, Sunday.

The match between Argentina and Japan, the two highest-ranked teams in the 4 Nations World Series, was tight from the start. The goalkeepers of both teams also performed strongly in this match.

Both teams took turns attacking. In the 3rd minute, Agustin Raggiati from Argentina had a chance to score, but still failed.

In the 4th minute, Lucas Bolo also got a chance, however, the fate of the young Tango team captain was still unsuccessful.

Japan then responded to Argentina's attack in the 11th minute through Nakamura Mitsuru's overhead kick which still went over the bar.

Seconds later, Mistsuru again became a scary specter for Argentina's defense. This time, his action was able to provide a beautiful pass to Uemura Atsuyu which was still blocked by Argentina's goalkeeper Nicolas Sarmiento.

In the final minutes of the first half, Argentina had two chances in a row in the 17th minute. However, they were again thwarted by Japanese goalkeeper Fiuza Fabio.
