Jakarta - Minister of Housing and Residential Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait (Ara) is targeting the revitalization of the Kemayoran athlete's dormitory to be fully completed and ready for inauguration in April 2025.
"For the towers that have been completed, their management will be immediately handed over to the Ministry of State Secretariat. The entire thing is targeted to be completed in April 2025, which is planned to be inaugurated by President Prabowo," said Ara in Jakarta, Thursday.
Meanwhile, the Director of Urban Housing Development of the Ministry of PKP Aswin Grandiarto Sukahar said that the revitalization progress for the 3 towers in Block C2 Pademangan has now been completed.
"Alhamdulillah, 100 percent has been completed for the 3 towers in Block C2. For this, the handover of the keys to the Ministry of State Secretariat for its use can be carried out," said Aswin.
The revitalization of Wisma Atlet was carried out in Block D10 Kemayoran in 7 towers with a total of 5,494 units and Block C2 Pademangan in 3 towers with a capacity of 1,932 units.
