Today 334 Martyrs and wounded as a result of the occupation's renewed bombing of several areas in the Gaza Strip

On the 334th day of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, a number of civilians were killed and injured, at dawn on Wednesday, as a result of the Israeli occupation bombing of several areas in the Gaza Strip, while it continues to blow up buildings and residential areas in the cities of Gaza and Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced today, Wednesday, that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli war on the Strip since October 7 has risen to "40,861 martyrs and 94,398 wounded." The ministry said in its statistical report that "the Israeli occupation committed 3 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip (without specifying areas), of which 42 martyrs and 107 wounded arrived at hospitals during the past 24 hours."

The Palestinian News Agency "Wafa" reported today, Wednesday, that a citizen was killed and others were injured, after the occupation targeted a house in the Al-Daraj neighborhood in Gaza City, which led to a fire breaking out in it.

According to the agency, 4 citizens were injured when the occupation bombed a barracks housing a family in the Al-Sahaba area in Gaza City, while the occupation blew up residential buildings in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza.

Occupation military vehicles opened fire on citizens' homes in the vicinity of Street 8 in the Tal al-Hawa and al-Zeitoun neighborhoods in Gaza City, amidst gunfire from drones and artillery shelling.

The occupation artillery targeted the northern areas of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, and the eastern areas west of the cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation army killed a Palestinian on Wednesday and blew up buildings and residential areas in the cities of Gaza and Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, while its artillery launched intermittent raids on the eastern and southern regions.

The Civil Defense Authority in the Gaza Strip reported, in a statement via Telegram, that its personnel and ambulance crews affiliated with the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (non-governmental), transferred 4 injuries as a result of Israel targeting a tin shelter for the Hamada family near the Fatima Al-Zahraa Mosque in the Al-Daraj neighborhood.

In a similar targeting, the Israeli occupation army blew up residential blocks in the Tel al-Sultan neighborhood, northwest of Rafah city, according to a local source.

Every now and then, the occupation army publishes video clips documenting the bombing and demolition of buildings and residential areas in various governorates of the Gaza Strip, as part of its ground military operations that began on October 27.

Israeli warplanes also targeted the northwestern areas of Gaza City, amid gunfire and artillery shells in the vicinity of the university college southwest of the city, according to eyewitnesses.

The Israeli artillery stationed east of the Gaza Strip shelled several areas east of the Maghazi camp (center), and fired intensively at Palestinian homes and lands.

In Rafah, the Israeli occupation army bombarded the surroundings of the Iqlim area northwest of the city with several artillery shells, while Israeli military vehicles opened heavy fire in the same area.

With full American support, Israel has been waging a devastating war on Gaza since October 7, leaving more than 135,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing, amidst massive destruction and deadly famine.

In contempt of the international community, Israel continues the war, ignoring the UN Security Council resolution calling for an immediate halt, and the International Court of Justice’s orders to take measures to prevent genocide and improve the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.
