Egyptian Air Force Commander Mahmoud Fouad Abdel Gawad met with the General Manager of Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAS) Mehmet Demiroglu at the Egypt International Aviation and Space Show on Wednesday. The meeting discussed the products developed by the Turkish company.
"The Commander of the Egyptian Air Force, Mahmoud Abdel Gawad, visited our pavilion at the Egypt International Air Show," Demiroglu said in a post on the X platform.
He added that he had a fruitful meeting with Abdul Jawad, discussed cooperation opportunities with him, and provided him with information about the products developed by Tusas with local Turkish capabilities.
The first edition of the Egypt International Aviation and Space Exhibition will be held at El Alamein International Airport from September 3 to 5, with the participation of 100 countries, including Turkey.
The exhibition provides TUSAS with an opportunity to introduce its products in the African continent, as it displays models of the QAN fighter, the T129 ATAK helicopter and the Aksungur drone.
