Brazilian media reported on Friday that a civilian plane with dozens of passengers on board had crashed.
The G1 portal said that a plane carrying 58 passengers and 4 crew members crashed on Friday in the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo.
According to Voepass, the airline that owns the plane, it is an ATR-72 turboprop passenger plane that took off from Cascavel, Paraná state, heading to Guarulhos, Sao Paulo.
According to the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac), this model can accommodate 68 passengers, and there is no information yet about the victims.
