White House: We see no signs of a full-scale war between Hezbollah and Israel

White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby announced that the US administration does not believe there are any indications of a potential all-out war between Hezbollah and Israel.

"President Joe Biden is engaged in negotiations to reach an agreement on the Gaza war. The fact that he has mild symptoms of the coronavirus does not affect his ability or his leadership with respect to the national security team."

He added that Biden, "although he is recovering at home, is receiving updates" on the ceasefire negotiations in the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli army presented to the commander of the United States Central Command plans for a ground military maneuver in southern Lebanon.

In turn, Lebanese Foreign Minister Abdullah Bou Habib said that if war breaks out, it will shake the entire Middle East, will be transnational, and will lead to a new displacement crisis from which Europe will not be spared.
