“Everyone should realize that this is necessary. Therefore, they should drink water in the morning, as it acts as a trigger for the digestive system, because during sleep, enzymes remain in the ducts, so they must be stimulated to work and for this they must drink water that starts to move them, and after that the person has breakfast and the digestive system begins to secrete new enzymes to digest food with high efficiency,” the expert said in an interview with the Russian news agency RIA Novosti.

The doctor advises drinking water in the morning since childhood, and drinking two liters of water a day, not counting juices, tea, coffee, soup, etc.
