Saudi Arabia condemned today, Thursday, what the Israeli occupation authorities did, which was the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque by an Israeli official, and the adoption by the Israeli Knesset of a resolution rejecting the establishment of a Palestinian state.
The Saudi Foreign Ministry said in a statement: “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s rejection and condemnation in the strongest terms of what the Israeli occupation authorities did, namely the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque by an Israeli official, and the adoption by the Israeli Knesset of a resolution rejecting the establishment of a Palestinian state.”
The statement added: "The Kingdom affirms that these ongoing and hostile practices towards Islamic sanctities and international systems and resolutions express the aggressive approach of the Israeli occupation authorities."
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs continued: "The Kingdom also stresses that these practices prevent any progress aimed at stopping the bloodshed of innocents and achieving a just and comprehensive peace."
Today, Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque under heavy police guard .
Ben Gvir said from inside Al-Aqsa: "I came to pray for the kidnapped and for their return to their homes without an illegal deal and without surrender."
The Israeli Knesset voted on a resolution rejecting the establishment of a Palestinian state in the West Bank region, "to prevent this from perpetuating the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and destabilizing the region."
