The US Congress session, in which Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will deliver his speech, will begin at 9 pm today, Wednesday, and will present the plan for the day after the war in Gaza.
Below are the most important statements made by Netanyahu:
We are at a historical crossroads, the Middle East is boiling, and the conflict is not between civilizations, but between barbarism and civilization.
The Middle East Faces the Iranian Terror Axis
I came here to assure you that we will win.
The United States and Israel must stand together and when we do we will win and they will be defeated.
October 7th is a day that will remain in history. The October 7th attack is like September 11th multiplied twenty times.
We were able to return 135 hostages, 7 of them through special rescue operations, and I will not rest until all the prisoners are returned.
Some of the hostages' families are here with us in Congress today.
We are engaged in great efforts to secure the return of the prisoners, and I am confident that these efforts will succeed.
I thank President Biden for his strong support for Israel after the brutal October 7 attack.
I thank President Biden for what he has done for the hostages held in Gaza.
I have known Biden for 40 years and thank him for half a century of friendship with Israel.
For 9 months now, Israeli soldiers have shown unparalleled bravery.
What happened on October 7th will never happen again.
Anti-Israel protesters should be ashamed of themselves.
Many of the anti-Israel protesters chose to side with evil and with Hamas and would like to feel shame.
Iran is funding protesters outside Congress now.
Protesters refuse to distinguish between the democratic state of Israel and the terrorist Hamas.
Anti-Israel protesters chant slogan from the sea to the river but they don't understand what it means.
Protesters in front of Congress have become a plaything in the hands of Iran.
Anti-Semitism is the oldest form of hatred and has led to the murder of Jews over the centuries and to the Holocaust.
For nearly 4,000 years the Land of Israel has been the home of the Jewish people and will always be.
The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court accused Israel without evidence of starving the people of Gaza. This is nonsense and fabrication.
Gazans are going hungry because Hamas is stealing humanitarian aid.
I will not allow the war on Gaza to end until its goals are achieved.
The number of casualties in the Gaza war is the lowest in the history of urban warfare.
Hamas wants to kill Palestinian civilians in order to denounce Israel.
Israel took civilians out of harm's way during our operation in Rafah and we did not actually kill any civilians.
The International Criminal Court is trying to tie Israel's hands, the Jewish state's hands will not be tied and we will defend ourselves.
Thank you for objecting to the false allegations of the International Criminal Court.
The US will be the next target if Israel's hands are tied
I tell my friends in the Middle East that Iran is the source of all the terrorism and chaos and seeks to impose radical Islam.
When we fight Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis, we are fighting Iran.
Iran realizes that it must control the Middle East first in order to confront the United States.
Our war is your war, our enemies are your enemies, and our victory is America's victory.
When Israel moves to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons, it protects itself and protects America.
Israel's heroic soldiers should not be condemned for the way they are conducting the war in Gaza, but rather praised.
We are not only protecting ourselves from Iran, we are protecting you as well.
Victory is on the horizon and the defeat of Hamas will be a severe blow to the Iranian terror axis.
Anyone who attacks Israel will pay a heavy price.
We would like to return our citizens to the north through diplomatic means. Israel will do what it has to do to restore security to the northern border.
We have jointly developed with the United States the most advanced weapons in order to protect ourselves.
I greatly appreciate the American support in this war and accelerating military support for us will facilitate ending the war in Gaza.
I appeal to the United States to give us the tools to finish the job faster.
The war will end tomorrow if Hamas lays down its arms and returns the kidnapped.
With the help of regional countries and partners, demilitarizing Gaza will lead to stability.
Israel does not want to destroy Gaza, but we seek a military presence there so that Gaza does not pose any military threat to us.
We will not accept anything less than a complete victory over Hamas.
There must be a civil administration in Gaza led by Palestinians who do not want to destroy Israel.
The new generation of Palestinians must not learn to hate Jews but to live in peace with them.
Israel and the United States could form an alliance in the Middle East to confront the threats of Iran.
I look forward to a new alliance in the Middle East that will be an extension of the Abraham Accords.
All countries that will make peace with Israel should be invited to join our coalition.
A new alliance in the Middle East could be called the Abraham Alliance.
Jerusalem will never be divided again and it is our eternal capital.
I thank former President Donald Trump for everything he did for Israel (advancing the “Abraham Accords,” recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and moving the embassy there, and recognizing Tel Aviv’s sovereignty over the occupied Syrian Golan Heights).
Israel will not back down and we will fight until victory and this is our commitment.
We will continue to fight until we achieve complete and total victory.
We will continue to work with the United States and our Arab partners to transform the Middle East into a prosperous place.
Israel will remain the indispensable ally of the United States.
