Foods that protect against vitamin B deficiency

People live in an era of great stress, which affects the condition of the body, causing sleep disturbance, mood swings, anxiety, muscle pain, changes in the skin, hair and nails.

Russian nutritionist Dr. Elvira Fesenko points out that the foods that are very rich in vitamin B group are beef liver,  as 70 grams of it contain half of the body’s daily need for vitamins B6, B12 and B9.

The doctor recommends including whole grain bread, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, spinach, fish and bananas in the diet, as they are also rich in B vitamins.

According to her, if the deficiency of B vitamins cannot be compensated for by foods, the doctor can prescribe supplements containing them.
