Beware of these additives in ice cream

Russian nutritionist Dr. Alexei Kabanov revealed the type of ice cream that is absolutely not recommended to be consumed because it contains specific additives.

The expert points out that as a general rule, you should read and study the composition of ice cream before buying. He reveals the most dangerous additives (E) in it.

According to him, first of all, you should know the sugar content in ice cream.

“Ice cream is a very fatty and sweet product. The combination of animal fats and sugar has serious consequences – cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes and dementia,” he says.

According to him, the most dangerous additives E are: emulsifiers (soy lecithin, E476); stabilizers (carob gum, guar gum, E407); glazing agent (E904); dyes (E150); acidity regulators (E270, E331). He points out that these additives are used by foreign companies producing ice cream.

He says: “If ice cream contains more than three E additives, it cannot be considered natural. Therefore, it is not recommended to buy it, because the included additives harm the digestive system, and weaken the sensitivity of the taste buds.”

The expert recommends eating vegan ice cream made with soy milk and protein because it is more beneficial than ice cream made with cow's milk.
