According to Amazon experts, the new features that the assistant has acquired will solve the problem of companies’ employees or customers having to click on many options to obtain data during online sales processes, and these features will also provide clearer answers to customers’ questions about products.

“When we sit with call center agents, we see that they use multiple tools and screens to do their job in customer service, so the new features in Q will make their job easier,” said Michael Wallace, who is responsible for developing solutions and software for customer service at the company. “The AI ​​assistant will listen to the customer’s call in real time and accurately determine the task of the call center agent, which will make their work easier and help save time.”

Amazon said the new updates will be available to its smart assistant users and call center employees in the US, Europe, Canada and some Asian countries.
