Nutritionist Ekaterina Kurbatova advises including natural cream in the diet to improve cardiovascular function, sleep and skin condition.
The expert points out that cream contains the essential amino acid leucine, which is necessary for building and developing muscle tissue and strengthening the immune system, and the non-essential tyrosine, which cells use to produce proteins and dopamine.
“Depending on the method of heat treatment of the raw material, cream is pasteurized or sterilized, so its chemical composition is slightly different: calcium and phosphorus change the chemical composition of sterilized cream, and ascorbic acid is broken down during its preparation, making it more difficult for the body to absorb and less nutritious,” she says.
