Technology-focused websites reported that Instagram applications will get an important new feature for users and content creators.
According to available information, the new feature will enable Instagram users and content creators to add 20 audio clips to each Reels video.
With the new feature, users no longer need to use additional applications to create and edit audio clips. Rather, the “Add to mix” option will be available in the Reels controls, through which sounds will be added and audio clips will be cut to fit the content in the way the user wants.
Instagram's official website states: "The ability to add multiple audio clips to a single Reels post will give content creators creative flexibility, and will allow them to mix sounds with other elements, such as video, images, and text, all in order to express their creativity and ideas in the way that suits them."
Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri recently indicated that the platform would not focus on long videos, but would instead focus on users sending short videos to each other.
