The final third round matches in the second and third groups of the European Nations Cup held in Germany ended with Italy qualifying as runner-up in the second and Denmark as runner-up in the third.
The Spanish team topped the second group standings with a full score (nine points), followed by Italy, which had four points, while England topped the third group standings with five points, two points ahead of Denmark.
The rules of Euro 2024 stipulate that the runner-up of Group Two will face the runner-up of the first group, and the runner-up of Group Three will face the winner of the first group.
