US President Joe Biden suddenly started shouting at the media after his meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at the White House.
A video clip published by the Forbes Breaking News channel on YouTube shows the US President shaking Stoltenberg's hand, and after that the journalists tried to ask him questions, and Biden looked at them smiling, and after that he started making strange noises and screaming.
Then Biden started laughing, but the reporters continued to ask him questions.
On June 16, social media pioneers circulated a video clip of President Biden during a donor party in Los Angeles, which was considered new evidence of the significant decline in his mental and intellectual abilities.
The circulating clip showed former US President Barack Obama with Biden on stage as they bid farewell to guests at a party held in Los Angeles.
