Bolivian model Maria Zulay Salius, wife of the famous French national team star Paul Pogba, sparked controversy when she posted pictures of her and her husband on her Instagram account while they were performing Hajj rituals.
Salius, Pogba's wife, posted pictures of herself with her husband and commented: "A very emotional and magical place. Eid Mubarak to all my brothers and sisters, and we ask God to bless us with peace and tranquility."
The photo she published received widespread interaction, as it received more than 200,000 likes when Maria and Paul appeared in front of the Grand Mosque in Mecca performing Hajj rituals this year.
In 2019, Pogba officially announced his marriage to the Bolivian beauty born in Brazil, Maria Zulay Salius, who is 29 years old.
Since her marriage, Salius has embraced the Islamic religion, as she appeared on her accounts on social media platforms on many religious occasions. They performed Umrah rituals last Ramadan, and they also appeared together on Eid al-Adha, wearing the hijab.
It is noteworthy that Pogba, who was suspended last March for 4 years from football due to violating anti-doping rules in football, was playing for the Italian Juventus, from the beginning of the 2023-2024 season.
