10 Palestinians, including the sister of the head of the Hamas political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, were martyred today, Tuesday, in an Israeli bombing that targeted a family home in the Beach Camp, west of Gaza City.

Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli aircraft bombed a house for the Haniyeh family in the Beach camp, which led to the complete destruction of the house and the death of at least 10 family members and the injury of others. Medical sources at Al-Baptist Hospital in central Gaza City reported that Zahr Abdel Salam Haniyeh (Umm Nahed), the sister of the head of the political bureau of Hamas, was identified among the martyrs.

Palestinian media reported that a number of members of the Haniyeh family who were in the house were still under the rubble, and confirmed that most of the martyrs who died in the Israeli raid were women, noting that the attempt to search for survivors is continuing, suggesting that the number of martyrs of the raid will likely rise.

Since last night, the occupation army has intensified its raids on Al-Shati camp, and also targeted a shelter school belonging to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), leading to the death of dozens, including children.

It is noteworthy that on April 10, 3 of the sons of the head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement and a number of his grandchildren were martyred in an Israeli raid on a civilian car in the Beach camp in Gaza City. The occupation army claimed at the time that it had assassinated Haniyeh’s sons because “they were on their way to carry out an attack.”

Since last October 7, Israel has been waging a devastating war on Gaza with absolute American support, which has left more than 123,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, in addition to thousands of missing persons. It continues its war despite two UN Security Council resolutions to stop it immediately, and orders from the International Court of Justice to end the invasion of the city of Rafah. in the southern Gaza Strip, and take measures to prevent acts of “genocide” and improve the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
