Professor Alfred Bogdanov declared that the inclusion of broth in the daily diet brings benefit to health.
According to him, broth is part of a person's total fluid intake per day. Broth not only quenches thirst, but is an important source of nutrients that the body needs to maintain health.
“Broth is not water,” he says. “Broth has unique chemical properties. In this context, broth is more than just a liquid: it is a whole food product that can make a significant contribution to providing the body with essential nutrients.”
