A doctor suggests an unusual way to eat kiwi!

A doctor claimed that most people eat kiwi in the wrong way, which results in losing 50% of the essential fiber in the fruit.

“If you eat a kiwi fruit with the skin on, you get 50% more fiber and some extra vitamins and nutrients,” said Dr. Joseph Salhab, known as the “stomach doctor.”

He explained in a video on TikTok that kiwis should be “washed well to remove small hairs,” and he also recommends consuming them when they are “soft” so that they are “easier to eat.”

Acknowledging that some might find it "a little strange," Salhab recommended cutting kiwi into discs, and added: "Kiwi is beneficial for intestinal health. It contains a whole ton of vitamin C, allows good bacteria to grow and helps prevent constipation."

But his controversial proposal did not please everyone, regardless of the health benefits. One follower said: "I can't, the dandruff scares me."

At the same time, some people cannot do this for allergy reasons. 

It is said that kiwi peel can be great for external appearance, as well as internal health, as it contains a high percentage of vitamin E, which is used in cosmetics.

It is claimed that it can have an anti-aging effect on your skin, and can help you maintain a healthy glow.
