Cinnamon

According to the Washington Post, a daily dose of cinnamon may help prevent diabetes.

Cinnamon can be easily incorporated into smoothies, savory dishes, yogurt, coffee, or tea, and helps balance blood sugar levels by increasing insulin sensitivity and reducing insulin resistance.
