Yesterday, Saturday, 3 teams qualified for the Intercontinental Cup, starting with New Zealand's Auckland City.

Intercontinental Cup System:
The system of this tournament stipulates that there will be qualifiers between representatives of different continents, with the exception of Europe.
The first stage will witness a confrontation between Al-Ahly or Al-Ain with Auckland City, representing Oceania, according to the draw, noting that this match will be held at the stadium of the African or Asian champions.
The winner of this match will face the team that was not chosen in the draw, whether representing Asia or Africa, to determine who qualifies for the playoff stage.
As for the second stage, it will witness a confrontation between the South American champion and his counterpart from the North and Central American and Caribbean regions in one match, with the stadium being determined by lottery to determine who qualifies for the deciding stage.
The deciding stage will bring together the qualifiers from the first stage and the second stage, to determine the team that will play in the final against the representative of the European continent.
