Dr. Yuri Vyalba, a psychotherapist, revealed signs of neurosis, including: frequent mood swings, anxiety, fatigue and apathy.
The doctor points out that depression, panic attacks, crying, and confusion are also signs of neurosis.
According to him, signs of neurosis can also appear in the form of communication problems, emotional distress for no apparent reason, destructive behavior, fixation on the traumatic situation, and lack of self-esteem - overestimating or underestimating it.
In addition, chronic anxiety, exaggerated fear, resentment, and guilt may indicate neurosis. Itchy skin can express neurosis, as can headache, heart pain, intestinal disorders, appetite disorders - overeating or bulimia - as well as sleep disturbance.
For her part, Russian psychologist Olga Shcherbakova points out that reducing the level of anxiety allows you to stop forgetting important things. According to her, as a rule, a person misses something important from memory due to obsessive-compulsive neurosis. A person can reduce anxiety on their own or with the help of a professional. For this reason, she recommends sleeping for at least eight hours a day, and eating more fresh fruits and vegetables.
