Pointing out that kidney stones usually occur under the influence of certain factors, such as obesity, high blood pressure, uric acid metabolism disorder, and digestive system diseases associated with malabsorption, especially cases after bowel resection, obesity treatment operations, and Crohn’s disease (chronic inflammation of the digestive system).

In addition, kidney stones can form due to a disturbance in calcium metabolism. The risk group includes people who suffer from urinary tract infections and metabolic problems.

It is noteworthy that Dr. German Gandelman, a cardiologist, indicated earlier that the combination of meat, dairy products, and spinach greatly increases the risk of stones forming in the urinary system. Not drinking enough water also has the same consequences.
