Egyptian star Mohamed Salah achieved a historic achievement in the English Premier League after leading his team, Liverpool, to a wide victory over Tottenham (4-2) for the 36th stage of the competition.
Salah scored Liverpool's first goal in the 16th minute and set up two more goals for Andy Robertson and Harvey Elliott.
The Opta Football Statistics Service reported that Salah has become the first player in the history of the English Premier League to reach the barrier of 10 or more goals and 10 or more assists in three consecutive seasons.
The network added that Salah also became the second player after former Manchester United star Wayne Rooney, to score at least 10 goals and make at least 10 goals in five different seasons of the English Premier League.
It is noteworthy that Salah scored 25 goals in various competitions this season, including 18 in the local league.
