Russian media websites published a video clip showing the army using new “frog” robots to destroy Ukrainian forces’ positions and fortifications during the special military operation.
The clip shows how the new Russian robot was able to infiltrate a site where Ukrainian forces were holed up, and how the robot was detonated remotely to destroy the site completely.
Available information indicates that special forces in the Russian army began using this type of robot several weeks ago in special military operation areas. Due to the small size of the robot and its electric motor, it is difficult for enemy forces to detect it.
The "frog" robot can move at a speed of 20 km/hour, carry explosives and mines weighing up to 30 kg, and is equipped with enough batteries to move for a full hour on the battlefield.
