Dr. Natalia Lazorenko, a Russian nutrition expert, announced that tea is not a way to get rid of excess weight, and it does not affect the size of fat cells.
The expert points out that tea contains many beneficial elements, so the correct use of tea in the diet along with physical activity can help lose weight.
According to her, tea is a unique product in the diet, but in itself as a drink it does not affect the size of fat cells and does not contribute in any way to weight loss. If there is a diet based on tea, it is a myth and a scam for gullible overweight people. Proper use of tea in the general diet as a drink, as well as active physical activity will help reduce weight, but tea alone will not reduce weight.
The expert points out that tea contains a high percentage of B vitamins, mineral elements and other substances that affect the body, such as caffeine, which affects the central nervous system and gives the body energy. It also contains catechins and polyphenols, which work to remove toxins from the body.
Tea can affect and accelerate the metabolism. That is, it affects the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats, which is necessary for weight loss.
