British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said the UK would continue to provide military aid to Ukraine at least at current levels until the end of the decade.
“We are committed to supporting Ukraine at the current level at least until the end of the decade,” Sunak wrote in a column in the Wall Street Journal.
Earlier, Sunak and French President Emmanuel Macron discussed the issue of increasing supplies of ammunition, drones and air defense systems to Ukraine.
On the other hand, Russia intensified its strikes on the Ukrainian railway network with the aim of "crippling" military supplies, including Western aid, in preparation for a new attack.
The railway network is of vital importance in Ukraine, as it is also used for commercial and military purposes, especially since civilian air traffic has been halted since the start of the special military operation in February 2022.
