Sunak announces that the British defense industries are moving into a state of war

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak announced that the defense industries in the United Kingdom were moving into a state of war.

“We will take the British defense industries into a state of war,” Sunak said at a press conference at the headquarters of the 1st Armored Brigade in Warsaw, as reported by the Polish website interia.pl.

He stressed that Ukraine will be provided with military support at the current level, at least as long as it is necessary.

The British newspaper The Guardian reported yesterday that the British Prime Minister intends to provide the largest military aid package to Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian military operation. According to the newspaper, the aid includes 400 military vehicles, 1,600 weapons, 4 million ammunition, and additional funding of 500 million pounds sterling. 

It is noteworthy that the total volume of British military aid to Ukraine will reach 3 billion pounds sterling during this financial year.
