Chengriha receives Bogdanov within the framework of regular discussions between Algeria and Russia

Algerian Chief of Staff Saeed Chengriha received today the special envoy of the Russian President for the Middle East and North Africa, Mikhail Bogdanov, and the two sides discussed a number of issues of common interest.

A statement by the Ministry of National Defense on its Facebook account stated that Lieutenant General Chengriha received on Tuesday Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, and the meeting was attended by brigades and brigadier generals from the staff of the People's National Army, the Ministry of National Defense and members of the Russian delegation.

During this meeting, the two parties exchanged analyzes and views on issues of common interest.

Earlier, the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated  that Bogdanov's visit to the country falls within the framework of regular political discussions between Algeria and Russia, which bring him together with the Secretary-General of the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lounes Mokarmane.
