Two Malaysian military helicopters crashed after colliding during a training exercise on Tuesday, killing all 10 crew members, the Malaysian rescue agency said.
Suhaimi Muhammad Suhail, Commander of Major Operations at the Fire and Rescue Department, said, “The two helicopters collided during a training flight,” adding that “medical teams confirmed the death of all ten individuals who were on board” the two helicopters.
Local media reported that the accident occurred during training for a military parade in honor of the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Royal Malaysian Navy.
