The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, launched a service to issue long-term and short-term educational visas electronically for international students wishing to study in the Kingdom.
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced in a statement the launch of a new service that allows applying for an educational visa through the “Study in Saudi Arabia” platform affiliated with the Ministry of Education after obtaining acceptance from the accredited educational or training institution, and fulfilling the conditions and requirements.
The statement added: After completing the automated processing of the entry visa application, it will be issued electronically from the unified national platform for visas, “Saudi Visa,” affiliated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, thanks to the technical integration between the platforms of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Education.
The service aims to facilitate the procedures for the arrival and recruitment of international students.
