The KKE news website 902.gr reported that members of the party and its youth organization stopped a train carrying American tanks from the port of Alexandroupolis to Bulgaria and forced it to return.
The website said: “Members of the KKE and its youth organization blocked the road in front of the train at the Alexandroupolis railway station. They stood in front of the train carrying banners and flags and forced the train to stop. They demanded that it be turned back and that the killers of the US and NATO forces leave Alexandroupolis and the entire region.”
According to the website, the event was a success, and the train was forced to return to its starting point.
The website stated that the demonstrators chanted patriotic slogans and slogans such as “When the people do not bow down, even the trains go backwards,” and demanded that Greece stop participating in the wars of the United States, NATO, and the European Union.
The Communists declared Alexandroupolis a port for the peoples, and condemned the transformation of the city into a huge NATO base.
The demonstrators condemned the Greek government for transferring weapons systems necessary to defend the country to the reactionary regime of Vladimir Zelensky in Ukraine.

ReplyDeleteA new study revealed that climate change and rising temperatures are causing food prices to rise by 3.2% annually.
ReplyDeleteAs climate change continues to worsen, price inflation will reduce the diversity of healthy food for people around the world, or simply become insufficient in nutrients.
The German study shows that global warming could lead to an increase in food price inflation by between 0.9 and 3.2% annually by 2035.
Africa will be the most affected, despite its small contribution to the causes of climate change.
