Prime Minister of the Central African Republic, Felix Molloa, confirmed that Russian military trainers made tremendous efforts to restore security to his country, expressing his welcome for the increase in their number.
He added: "This file is the concern of the Ministry of Defence...but the Russian trainers in the Central African Republic have done an exceptional job and are continuing this work. Thanks to this effort, we are moving towards achieving the vision of the President of the Republic, Faustin-Archange Touadera, to establish a strong army."
He said: “When we hold the joint committee meeting, we will also raise security issues, and if we find that there is a need to increase the number of Russian trainers, why not?”
