Hezbollah responds to raids and targets soldiers, shelters, barracks, and a spy crane

Israeli artillery and aircraft bombed a number of sites in various sectors of southern Lebanon, while Hezbollah announced targeting concentrations of Israeli soldiers, barracks and artillery positions, causing confirmed casualties.
Israeli artillery targeted Wadi Hamoul on the outskirts of Naqoura in the western sector of southern Lebanon, and an Israeli march raided a car in the town of Aita al-Shaab in the central sector without causing any casualties.

An Israeli march raided Jabal Balat in the western sector, and there was artillery shelling on a town on the outskirts of the towns of Al-Qawzah and Yaroun in the central sector of southern Lebanon.

Israeli warplanes carried out a raid on the outskirts of the town of Kafr Kila in the eastern sector of southern Lebanon.

On the other Lebanese side, our correspondent reported that there was information about a missile being launched from southern Lebanon towards an Israeli site in the Upper Galilee.

Information was also received about the launching of missiles from southern Lebanon towards the Israeli “Zarit” barracks in the Western Galilee.

In a statement to Hezbollah's military media, it announced the summary of its military operations carried out yesterday, Friday, December 29, against Israeli soldiers, army positions, and artillery positions, and confirmed that direct casualties were recorded in those targets.

The statement issued today, Saturday, said: “In support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their brave and honorable resistance, the Islamic Resistance carried out a number of operations against the positions and deployment of the Israeli enemy army on the Lebanese-Palestinian border on Friday, December 29.”

In the eastern sector, Hezbollah's military media spoke of "targeting the Al-Marj site with appropriate weapons, and the Ruwaisat Al-Qarn site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms with appropriate weapons."

Spy crane and artillery emplacements

In the western sector, the Hadab Yaron site was targeted with appropriate weapons, and a crane carrying equipment and spy equipment was targeted in the Dovev farms with appropriate weapons. In addition to the site of humping Yaron again with the appropriate weapons.

Israeli artillery positions also received their share of Hezbollah fire, as it targeted Israeli artillery in Khirbet Maar with appropriate weapons.


Confirmed casualties among soldiers

The party also targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers at the Ramya site, and the locations of the soldiers’ deployment between the Zarit barracks and the Birket Risha site. He confirmed that all infections were confirmed.


Among them is a battalion commander, The Israeli “Elite” Brigade acknowledges the loss of dozens of its members in the Gaza war.

The Golani Brigade, also known as the First Brigade, is an infantry brigade within the Israeli army and is traditionally linked to the Northern Command.

The Hebrew Channel 12 reported   in a report published on its official website on Saturday that the Golani Brigade has been present on the front since the beginning of the defensive battles and then in the attack deep into the Gaza Strip. 

She noted that the long days of fighting presented countless stories of achievements and huge losses. 

The Hebrew Channel report confirmed that about 80 fighters carrying the yellow-green olive tree symbol were killed since the sudden Hamas attack, including senior commanders.

The report indicates that on the morning of the attack, the Golani 13th Battalion was stationed in the Nahal Oz sector, explaining that the operation took place very quickly.

According to the report, Golani fighters were among the first to enter the Strip and were on the front line against Hamas in dozens of direct battles to control the movement’s weapons and infrastructure.

The Golani Brigade fighters withdrew from the Gaza Strip to take a rest after suffering heavy losses, according to Israeli media reports.

Reports  from the Walla  news website and the Israeli Channel 12 stated that the Golani Brigade spent more than 70 days in Gaza, where dozens of fighters were lost, and the soldiers decided to leave the Strip for a few days to rest and visit their families.

Clashes continue in the Gaza Strip for the 85th day in light of the continued intense Israeli bombing of various cities in the Strip, amid a worsening humanitarian catastrophe, while the level of escalation increases on the Lebanon and Yemen fronts.
