By activating this feature, the specialists at the maintenance center will receive the phones with a “clean operating system,” meaning that they will not be shown any personal data, electronic accounts, or files related to the phone owner.

The phone owner can activate “repair mode” before handing it over to the maintenance center, and can easily cancel this mode through the device settings.
