PTI's intra-party elections 'fraud', will challenge in ECP: Akbar S Babar
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf's defiant founder member Akbar S. Babar on Saturday said that he challenges PTI's intra-party election and will approach the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in this regard.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, he said: 'What kind of election was this without any founding members involved.'

Nomination of Barrister Gauhar Khan

Who is Barrister Gohar Khan?
Barrister Gauhar Khan from Buner district appears to be representing former Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad High Court and Election Commission of Pakistan.
Gohar Khan, who started practicing law in 2004 after studying abroad, started representing Imran Khan in the courts from July 2022.
Barrister Gauhar Khan used to take remuneration for cases of PTI leaders, but since 2022 he has been working for the party without any remuneration.
Gohar Khan is the first lawyer who filed the first writ petition in the foreign funding case and also represented Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case.
Talking to Independent Urdu, he said that Tosha Khana was such a historical case, which motivated him.

Central government's intervention amid increasing tension
In view of the increasing tension between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, the Central Government has intervened and appealed to both the states to return the water released from Nagarjuna Sagar by November 28. This proposal was put forward by Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla during a video conference with Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Both the states have agreed on this.
