Politico newspaper wrote that US President Joe Biden is planning a “tough talk” with his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, about Russia and other strategic issues in the world.

The newspaper said, quoting American officials: “China’s contacts with Iran will be part of the tough conversation between Biden and Xi, which will address the most important issues of Sino-American relations and will discuss Beijing’s support for Russia in the Ukrainian conflict.”
She added that Biden considers the meeting a last opportunity to influence the Chinese President to restart cooperation before the elections in the United States.
The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the country's President Xi Jinping will visit the United States between November 14 and 17 to participate in the APEC Summit and hold talks with US President Joe Biden. For its part, the White House confirmed that a meeting will be held between the two leaders in San Francisco, which will host the APEC summit.
