The Israeli occupation army surrounded the Indonesian Hospital in northern Gaza and bombed its surroundings with artillery after firing directly at it. The surroundings of Al Awda Hospital were also bombed, while the occupation army continues to bomb areas in southern Gaza.

On Monday, the Indonesian Hospital, north of Gaza City, was subjected to direct fire with live ammunition from Israeli occupation army forces, in conjunction with continued artillery shelling of its surroundings.

Local sources told the Palestinian News Agency, "Wafa," that "the occupation army fired live bullets directly at the Indonesian hospital, which was crowded with wounded, in conjunction with the occupation's artillery shelling the vicinity of the hospital in a violent manner."

She added: "A number of citizens were injured with various injuries, including a doctor." According to eyewitnesses, the Israeli bombing led to "a power outage to the hospital after its generators stopped working."

The agency reported, quoting local sources, that “the occupation artillery, which surrounded the Indonesian hospital and bombed its surroundings since the early hours of the night, fired several shells and rockets directly towards the Kuwait School, near the hospital, which houses a number of displaced people.”

The Indonesian hospital is the largest in the North Gaza Governorate, and serves hundreds of thousands of residents in the governorate and surrounding areas, especially since a number of hospitals stopped working due to the Israeli bombing.

On Sunday evening, the government media office in Gaza announced that the death toll from the Israeli war on Gaza had risen to more than 13,000, including more than 5,500 children and 3,500 women.

The office said, in a statement, that the number of infections exceeded 30,000, more than 75% of which were children and women. He added that the number of "massacres committed by the Israeli army reached more than 1,330 massacres."

He continued: "The number of missing persons reached more than 6,000, either under the rubble, or their bodies lying in the streets and roads, including more than 4,000 children and women, and the occupation prevents anyone from reaching them."

In this context, the Palestinian News Agency indicated an Israeli bombing in the vicinity of Al-Awda Hospital, also in the northern Gaza Strip, and the home of the Al-Hasanat family in the Al-Daraj neighborhood in Gaza City was bombed with several missiles, wounding a number of citizens who were transferred to the Indonesian Hospital.

The number of martyrs as a result of the recent raids targeting various areas of the northern Gaza Strip has not been confirmed, due to the difficulty in arriving for medical and civil defense teams, in addition to the interruption of communications and the Internet in that area.

In Gaza City, a number of citizens were martyred and others were injured as a result of an Israeli artillery shelling that targeted the Asqoula area in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City, in addition to another bombing in the Al-Sabra neighborhood, while dozens of citizens were still under the rubble in light of the rainy weather conditions and the difficulty of arriving for civil defense and ambulance crews.” According to Wafa.

According to "Wafa", "the occupation aircraft bombed several homes within an entire residential square in Jabalia al-Balad and the camp in the north of the Gaza Strip, inhabited by the families of Nabhan, Qarmout, Shaaban, Saad, and Qaddoura, which led to the martyrdom and injury of dozens of citizens, in addition to the presence of dozens among them under the rubble." On Sunday/Monday night, Israeli aircraft launched a series of intense raids in the northwest of the city of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip, killing and wounding dozens.

Local sources reported to the Palestinian News Agency "Wafa" that "the occupation warplanes bombed with dozens of missiles the vicinity of the residential city of Hamad, northwest of Khan Yunis, which led to the death of dozens of citizens, most of them children and women, and the injury of others, in addition to a raid on the town of Bani Suhaila, east of Khan." Younes".

She added, "The planes bombed a house for a Saleha family in the Bishara neighborhood in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip."

The aircraft also launched air strikes east of Khan Yunis Governorate, during which they bombed a house in Bani Suhaila.

This comes as the Israeli army continues to launch daily raids on the southern Gaza Strip, despite declaring it a “safe zone” in order to push residents in the northern Gaza Strip to flee there.

The government media office in Gaza has repeatedly reported reports indicating the presence of the bodies of hundreds of displaced Palestinians on roads that Israel had declared “safe” towards the south of the Strip.

Spokesmen for the Israeli occupation army had called on the residents of the Gaza and North Gaza governorates to head south, but the Israeli bombing did not stop in these areas, and according to the government media office in Gaza, approximately 45% of the victims of the Israeli bombing were in these areas.

The Israeli occupation army continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip for the 45th day, leaving more than 13,000 Palestinian martyrs, including more than 5,500 Palestinian children and 3,500 Palestinian women, in addition to more than 30,000 injured, 75% of whom are children and women.
