The TV channel recalled that the Chinese-Russian lunar project has so far been joined by Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization, and the Swiss company Nano-SPACE.

It is noteworthy that China had previously published a plan to establish the international scientific lunar station, which requires achieving 3 basic stages. The construction of a basic model of the lunar station will be completed by 2028, which will be used to study the lunar surface and test the mission’s main systems and equipment. It is planned that by 2040, scientists will make new discoveries in the field of the nature of the sun, moon, and Earth, and then the station will be developed to be able to receive manned lunar missions.

It is noteworthy that in March 2021, Roscosmos and China signed a memorandum of understanding regarding cooperation in the field of establishing the international scientific lunar station. During the implementation of this project, the automatic stations "Change A-6", "Change A-7" ​​and "Change A-8" will be sent to the moon. The purpose of the first lunar missions will be to experiment with pivotal technologies, which will later allow the start of establishing a complex of scientific instruments. Remotely controlled experimental.

The project's first mission will be sent to the moon by 2026. The project is planned to be completed by 2028.
