Gaza :  For the third day in a row, the Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression against the Gaza Strip, using their brute military force to target the homes of safe citizens, mosques, streets, infrastructure, and others.

The number of martyrs in the Gaza Strip, according to the latest statistics of the Ministry of Health, reached 560 martyrs, and 2,900 citizens were injured with various injuries.

Among the martyrs were 91 children and 61 women, while 244 children and 151 women were injured out of the total number of casualties.

While more than 700 Israelis were killed and about 3,000 were injured.

The night, dawn and morning hours of Monday witnessed a series of violent raids that targeted many homes and mosques, as the occupation forces committed a massacre in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, by destroying many homes, leading to the death of 20 citizens.

Here are the latest developments:

-The Al-Qassam Brigades directs a missile strike with 90 missiles on the occupied site of “Sderot” as part of the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood.

A security official told Reuters: The infiltrating armed cell belongs to Hamas or Islamic Jihad.

Violent raids targeted the Finance Circle in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, and reports of the destruction of the headquarters of the Ministry of Finance in Gaza.

-Reuters, citing the Israeli army: Two mortar shells were found fired from Lebanon earlier today.

A senior Hezbollah official told Reuters: We did not attack any Israeli target today, and we have no information about Israel’s claims of a cell infiltration.

Israel : sites in Hamas' hands for the third day, the death toll being 800, and reports of hundreds of prisoners

Israel revealed that Hamas fighters still control about 6 sites in Israeli towns, while the number of Israeli deaths has risen to 800.

On Monday, Israeli towns adjacent to the Gaza Strip witnessed violent clashes between the Israeli occupation forces and resistance fighters from the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military arm of the Hamas movement, who are still controlling several points in some towns and border settlements for the third day in a row.

In the latest updates, the town of Sderot in particular, which is one of the central Israeli towns in what is known as the “Gaza envelope,” is still witnessing violent clashes, and Israeli media indicate that the army is finding it difficult to impose control over it and 6 other sites until now.

On Monday morning, Hebrew newspapers said that a group of Hamas fighters entered homes in Sderot and took some hostages, while Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper indicated that the Israeli army summoned Magen David Adom ambulances, which may indicate additional deaths and injuries.

1000 Hamas fighters
In the same context, Israeli occupation army estimates indicate that between 800 and 1,000 fighters from the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades crossed the border wall during the past two days and succeeded in infiltrating Israeli towns and villages.

The official Radio and Television Corporation reported an army source as saying, “The fighters attacked 20 Israeli towns and 11 army camps.”

The Hebrew newspaper Haaretz said , "The Israeli army estimates that large Hamas forces are continuing to infiltrate Israeli towns and villages."

Israeli Radio reported that "the Israeli army is engaged in clashes in 7 places within Israeli border towns."

She pointed out that the army is still confirming that Hamas fighters are roaming the cooperative village (kibbutz) of Kfar Azza, while dozens of fighters are still engaged in clashes with the occupation army in Kibbutz Bari and controlling some homes. Clashes are also taking place in Kibbutz Nirim, Kibbutz Olumim, Kibbutz Gavim, and the town of Nir Azza and the town of Holot.

800 dead
The Israeli Radio and Television Corporation said on Monday that the number of Israeli deaths as a result of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation launched by Hamas has so far reached 800.

The Israeli Ministry of Health stated that the number of wounded people who were transferred to hospitals reached 2,400 people, noting that the condition of 22 of them is very critical, while the condition of 345 people is classified as very serious, and 462 people were moderately injured, 1,175 were lightly injured, and the rest were injured with what is called “ Panic,” and others whose health condition is still under monitoring.

The Ministry of Health also called for blood donations, and provided psychological consultations through specialized doctors to those in need.

280 prisoners
The Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth said that many Israeli families reported the loss of their members to the authorities, noting that Israel called on the families to undergo a DNA test to help identify the missing people.

The newspaper reported that estimates indicate that the Palestinian resistance holds about 280 Israeli prisoners.

Yesterday, Al-Qassam Brigades spokesman Abu Ubaida said that the Palestinian resistance has a large number of Israeli prisoners, including soldiers and officers, while the Islamic Jihad movement announced that it captured more than 30 Israelis.

At dawn on Saturday, Hamas and other Palestinian factions in Gaza launched Operation “Al-Aqsa Flood” in response to “the continuing attacks by Israeli forces and settlers against the Palestinian people, their property, and their sanctities, especially Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied East Jerusalem.”
