“Increased blood density” in the body causes and solutions

Russian cardiologist Tamaz Gaglushvili answered a common question from patients about which foods should be avoided to prevent blood stickiness.
Knowing that sticky blood is linked to serious conditions such as blood clots, heart attack, or stroke.

According to the doctor, the most dangerous thing is dehydration. The doctor also stressed the importance of adhering to a balanced diet.

Tamaz Gaglushvili said: “When there is no need to take anticoagulants, there is no need to thin the blood, and it is enough to drink a sufficient amount of water.”

Toxicologist Professor Mikhail Kutushov explained on his Telegram channel that increased blood density can be detected using a general blood analysis, and if there is a problem, sugar must be eliminated first. It is known that it increases blood glucose levels.

As a result, “the production of lipidium compounds increases, which increases the viscosity of the blood, and with it the risk of thrombosis,” Mikhail Kutushov advised reducing the intake of buckwheat dishes, bananas and potatoes, focusing on foods that contain taurine, for example, seafood. He said: “Patients who face high blood viscosity often suffer from protein deficiency. Therefore, protein must be present in every meal.”

Viktor Baledin, a cardiovascular surgeon and head of the Department of Vascular Surgery at the Federal Scientific and Clinical Center of the Russian Federal Medical and Biological Agency, had previously warned about circulatory disorders, when there is an increase or decrease in the volume of blood in the blood vessels, a change in their fluidity, etc. It is a serious condition that requires consulting a doctor. Its annoying symptoms include a feeling of numbness or tingling in the fingertips, a change in the color of the skin of the extremities, and a feeling of coldness in the feet and palms.

Important warning about eye drops after a “fatal infection” outbreak!

A rare strain of drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria has caused an outbreak of eye infections in several US states, affecting more than 80 people.
The infection was linked to lubricating eye drops from EzriCare and Delsam Pharma, prompting the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to recall the products.

At least four people have died from drug-resistant P. aeruginosa infection, which can travel from the eyes to the bloodstream, urine and lungs. More than a dozen other people suffered permanent loss of sight, and four people had to have their eyeballs surgically removed.

Now, the FDA is warning against dozens of other over-the-counter eye drop products from the same manufacturing plant in India, including popular options sold at Target and Walmart.

While these products are supposed to be sterile, FDA investigators uncovered “unsanitary conditions” at the facility. Samples from drug production areas showed positive results for some types of bacteria, although officials have not identified the pathogens present.

This warning comes before the eye drops on the FDA's new "watch list" have been linked to any known eye infections.

This is not an official recall, but a warning that drug suppliers take seriously.

Christopher Starr, a spokesman for the American Academy of Ophthalmology, told the New York Times that customers should avoid touching the tip of their eye drop dispensers to the eye, skin, eyelashes or fingers, because that could also contaminate the product with pathogens.

If patients or doctors notice that eye drops cause harmful symptoms, such as eye redness, eye pain, light sensitivity, or eye discharge, they should stop using the products immediately and seek medical advice.
