Hebrew media announced the launch of dozens of missile salvos from different areas of the Gaza Strip towards Israel, noting that sirens sounded in Tel Aviv, the central cities, and settlements in the southern region.

The bombing began from several locations in the Gaza Strip before 6:30 am (03:30 GMT) and continued for approximately half an hour.
