Arab world : The Syrian National Army thwarts an infiltration of terrorist PKK/YPG elements

Security sources announced that the Syrian National Army had repelled an infiltration attempt by the PKK/YPG terrorist organization towards the city of Al-Bab, northern Syria. The sources pointed out that the elements of the organization were forced to withdraw after the clashes and returned to their points in the vicinity of the city of Tal Rifaat.

On Tuesday, the Syrian National Army confronted an infiltration attempt by the terrorist organization PKK/YPG towards the city of Al-Bab in northern Syria.

According to security sources, members of the organization stationed in the city of Tal Rifaat attempted to infiltrate the village of Elba in the Al-Bab area, which is under the control of the National Army.

According to the sources, the infiltration attempt resulted in clashes between the two sides, in which the National Army used heavy weapons to confront the organization’s members who launched from the village of Tal Jihan.

The sources indicated that the organization's members were forced to withdraw following the clashes and returned to their points around the city of Tal Rifaat.

The YPG organization (the terrorist arm of the PKK in Syria), which was expelled from the Afrin region in the Aleppo countryside through Operation Olive Branch, continues its occupation of the city of Tal Rifaat.

The terrorist organization launches attacks from time to time, starting from the Tal Rifaat area, on residential communities in Jarabulus, Afrin, Azaz, and Syrian National Army positions on the contact lines.

Ankara : Japan and Turkey Energy is at the top of the agenda of bilateral cooperation

On Tuesday, Ankara and Tokyo signed a joint declaration to launch the "Turkey-Japan Energy Forum" scheduled to be held next year in the Japanese capital. Within the framework of the visit, the Japanese minister met with Turkish Trade Minister Omer Polat and agreed on a number of trade issues.

In Istanbul, on Tuesday, the Turkish Energy Minister and the Japanese Minister of Economy and Trade signed a joint declaration to launch the "Turkish-Japanese Energy Forum".

The announcement came after a meeting between Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alp Arslan Bayraktar and Japanese Minister of Economy and Trade Nishimura Yasutoshi in Istanbul.

The meeting discussed potential cooperation between the two countries in the field of energy and ways to enhance it.

After completing the bilateral meeting, the two ministers signed the joint declaration to launch the "Turkish-Japanese Energy Forum". Minister Bayraktar expressed his belief that the forum will contribute to improving relations between the two countries.

Meanwhile, Minister Yasutoshi indicated that the forum is being planned for next year in the Japanese capital, Tokyo.

He expressed his hope that cooperation between Ankara and Tokyo would continue in various fields, especially energy, during the coming period.

Work in the forum is scheduled to take place under basic topics, such as renewable energy, natural gas, and new technologies used in energy.

The Japanese minister also met with Turkish Trade Minister Omer Polat, and during the meeting a number of issues related to trade cooperation between the two countries were discussed, most notably holding the Turkey-Japan Trade and Investment Summit in Tokyo next year, to be organized continuously in the coming period.

After the end of the bilateral meetings at the delegation level, the two ministers joined a working dinner organized by the Turkish-Japanese Business Council.

Next year, Turkey and Japan celebrate the centenary of bilateral relations, and the two countries cooperate in various fields, and trade exchange between them reaches $5 billion.
