He added: "There is a positive response from this university about the proposal. They are ready to discuss the idea of launching a joint satellite that will be used to study exoplanets, and we are ready to allocate funds for this project."  Last June, during the third conference of presidents of Russian and Arab universities in the Emirates, Sadovinichi had called on Arab universities to cooperate with Moscow State University in a project to develop a new satellite used for research missions in space, and indicated that this step would be within the framework of the “Constellation-270” project. Which Moscow State University is working on to develop and launch observatories and satellites to search for exoplanets.   There are currently 7 nanosatellites in Earth's orbits developed by experts at Moscow State University within the framework of the "Constellation-270" project, and experts at the university are also working on developing 6 other satellites.
