Altenhan said that the power of the Amazon armored engine is 360 horsepower, and it is able to travel a distance of 800 km without the need to refuel, reach a speed of 110 km per hour, carry weights of up to 16 tons, and accommodate a crew of 7 passengers.
Amazon also protects its crew members against mines, man-made and ballistic explosives, and is equipped with standard equipment such as fire extinguishing, air conditioning systems, and a central tire inflation system, according to the same official.
The vehicle was equipped with important equipment such as a self-rescue crane, a siren system, a fog cannon (for camouflage) and an intercom system.
