Russian media agencies have announced that experts in the country are working on developing a new generation of offshore supply ships.
A statement issued by the press service of the Russian Zvezda Shipbuilding Plant said, "Our plant has started procedures for purchasing equipment for three new offshore supply vessels being developed under Project 22430, and the plant's shipyard has announced a tender for the acquisition of electrical power systems for these ships."
According to the statement, the initial cost of purchasing equipment for the aforementioned ships amounted to 2.77 billion rubles. Applications for the tender for the supply of this equipment will be accepted until February 20, and the results of the tender will be announced on April 4.
Russia is working within the framework of project "22430" to develop new marine supply ships with the ability to move in ice-covered waters. Operations to clean up oil waste in the event of its leakage into the seas or oceans.
Each of the aforementioned ships is 79.9 meters long and 16.8 meters wide, and can transport a crew of 15 people, in addition to 32 experts and technicians, and has been equipped with places to accommodate an additional 80 people to transport them in emergency cases.

Russia uses a highly effective "air-radar" missile in the special military operation
The Russian "air-radar" air missile, manufactured by the Russian "Tactical Missile Weapons" company, showed maximum effectiveness in the special military operation.
This was stated by a source of the "TASS" agency in the Russian defense industry complex. He recalled that the missile had a modern multi-tasking combat warhead capable of dealing with all types of targets.

While the source did not mention the name of the missile in question, TASS believes that what is meant is the Kha-31PD high-speed air-radar missile, which is designed to destroy radars as well as anti-air missile launchers.
According to the "Tactical Missile Weapons" company, the maximum range of the "Kha-31PD" missile is 250 km. It can be launched by an aircraft from a height of 15 km.
It is noteworthy that the Director General of the "Tactical Missile Weapons" company, Boris Abnosov, had described the "Kha-31 BD" missile as the pride of the company and all its employees. According to the general manager, the missile flies at a speed of 1000 meters per second.
