The ministry stated, "Most of the coastal governorates witnessed unstable weather, rain and winds of varying intensity, which led to the fall of 7 lighting poles, and the death of livestock as a result of electrocution."  And she announced that "as a result of the country's exposure to a wave of bad weather, it was decided to continue raising the level of preparations and emergencies of the local authorities."  And in Qatar, the Meteorological Authority (official) announced, via Twitter, on Wednesday, “a decrease in the range of horizontal visibility to less than 3 kilometers in some areas due to dust,” expecting “improved vision in the evening hours.”  And she confirmed, "Winds from active to strong speeds exceeding 22 knots have been monitored in the western regions," calling for "caution."  In the Emirates, the (capital) Abu Dhabi Police, via Twitter, on Wednesday, called on road drivers to "exercise caution due to the low horizontal vision during the formation of dust and dust."  And decided to reduce the speed temporarily on Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Road because of the dust.  In Kuwait, the Meteorological Department confirmed, on Wednesday, that "the country is affected by unstable weather and light to moderate winds that cause dust." And in Jordan, the Civil Defense Authority issued, via Twitter, on Wednesday, a “warning,” appealing to “take care and caution during the low horizontal visibility due to dust and wind speed.”
