Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett stressed that US President Joe Biden is keen on Israel's security and will not allow the Revolutionary Guards to be removed from Washington's list of terrorist organizations.
And the Israeli Prime Minister's office said in a statement that "Bennett congratulated President Biden on the occasion of Passover and briefed him on efforts to stop violence and incitement in Jerusalem."
He pointed out that Bennett discussed with Baden the Iranian file, "especially the Iranian demand to remove the Revolutionary Guards from the US list of terrorist organizations."
"I am certain that President Biden, whom we consider a true friend of Israel, and who is keen on Israel's security, will not allow the Revolutionary Guards to be removed from the list of terrorist organizations," the statement confirmed, quoting Bennett.
The statement added, "Israel has clarified its position on this issue, which states that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard is the largest terrorist organization in the world."
The statement confirmed that "President Baden accepted the invitation of the Prime Minister and told him that he intends to visit Israel in the next few months."
For his part, the White House announced that "Biden will visit Israel in the coming months at the invitation of its prime minister."
