He said that this meeting is "a renewed opportunity to redouble our common efforts in order to unite and strengthen the voice of Africa and ensure recognition of its interests". On Thursday morning, Lamamra opened this 3-day meeting in the city of Oran, under the title: "Assisting the new African members of the UN Security Council to prepare for addressing issues of peace and security on the African continent," according to a statement by the Algerian Foreign Ministry. The Security Council consists of 15 member states, 10 are elected by the United Nations General Assembly every two years, and 5 permanent members are the United States of America, Russia, China, Britain and France, and they exclusively have the "veto power", which enables them to prevent the issuance of decisions by the Council. Hunger or kneel the last option of the terrorist PKK in Syria

The reasons for the bread queues in eastern Syria differ between the western bank of the Euphrates, which is controlled by the Assad regime, and the eastern one, which is controlled by the PYD militia of the terrorist PKK party.

This is despite the fact that the cause of the risk of food insecurity is the same in the region that is Syria's food basket and its inexhaustible loaf of bread.
